Congratulations to Mark Bonnette whose beautiful dune watercolor painting Laketown won first place in the J. Morgan Ltd Sponsorship Awards at the Gallery Uptown's Annual Winter Fest art competition. John Morgan presents Mark with his award check. Great work Mark! 2nd place went to Darrell DeRuiter for the wooden sculpture Guardian. 3rd place was given to Jill Hamilton for her striking photograph Buoyed Out. Honorable mentions went to Bette DelVecchio and Christine Dreese for their lovely abstract paintings.

As Christmas fast approaches, Santa's workshop is getting busier by the day! We want to meet everyone's jewelry needs for the holidays, but we are getting a lot of requests! If you have a repair or project you want done for a Christmas gift, now's the time to stop in. We are running about 2.5 weeks on jobs right now, and that lead time will only get longer as we get closer to Christmas. Custom designs can no longer be promised until after the first of the year and special orders are a case by case scenario based on if the vendor has them in stock or not. If you have a repair that isn't a rush and are okay with picking up after the holidays, please let us know at drop off, so we can free up as much time for our jewelers to finish Christmas presents in the next few weeks. Thank you for your understanding and patience during this busy and exciting season! Happy Holidays!
